The app has been downloaded ~7000 times to date, and I've received about 20 reviews. Until recently, most of the reviews came from folks that had run into bugs in the app. Since the new release, which came out two days ago, the app has received 7 positive reviews.
I love working on this app and I'm driven to make sure it works well for every user. By encouraging users to send support-level feedback via my support form, I'm able to help them directly. And by gently asking happy users to "Send Thanks", I'm able to increase positive reviews for the app on iTunes.
